THis 99 notices bug has to get fixed. If you aren't going to give me usable notices, at least make sure I can see all the notices I have. Sorry if I seem cranky but I feel like I'm missing out on a lot of great conversation.

  The 99 notices isn't a bug, that's what we intended so as to keep the overhead of the notices system in check. We are going to change the notices very soon, though. 4 months, 2 weeks ago
